Place seam side up in the microwave.
Microwave on HIGH. For lower wattage ovens (1100W or less) cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and gently mix in the bag then cook on high for an additional 3 minutes. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 2 minutes, gently mix in the bag and cook for an additional 2–2 ½ minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. A whistling sound may be heard as the steam escapes through the vent in the bag. After cooking, remove the bag from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. CAREFULLY open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. Serve and enjoy!

STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 2 Tbsp. of water to a boil in a small skillet or a 2-quart saucepan. Add contents of bag and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cover and boil gently for 7-8 minutes or until tender; stir frequently. Serve and enjoy!
For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165°F.
