STOVE TOP:
●Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a non-stick skillet until hot.
●Add frozen vegetables.
●Cover and cook on medium-high to high for 6-8 minutes; stirring frequently.
MICROWAVE:
●Place contents of package into a microwave safe dish.
●Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes.
●Stir and cook an additional 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Season and serve. *NOTE: Microwave cooking times vary depending upon microwave used.
For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Serve with roast chicken or meatloaf. Top with diced tomatoes and parsley.
