Pumpkin Bars

Prepared with our Santiam® Golden Pumpkin

Ingredients

4 ea.Eggs
2 cupsSugar
2 cupsSantiam® Golden Pumpkin
¾ cupMargarine, melted
2 cupsFlour
2 tsp.Baking powder
1 tsp.Baking soda
½ tsp.Cinnamon
1 cupChopped nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Cream eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed. Beat until well mixed.
  3. Pour into a greased 11″ x 17″ jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake 25 minutes. Cool and frost. Frosting: Mix together 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, 6 Tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 Tbsp. milk, and 2 cups powdered sugar.
Yield:
