Pumpkin Bars
Prepared with our Santiam® Golden Pumpkin
Ingredients
| 4 ea. | Eggs |
| 2 cups | Sugar |
| 2 cups | Santiam® Golden Pumpkin |
| ¾ cup | Margarine, melted |
| 2 cups | Flour |
| 2 tsp. | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp. | Baking soda |
| ½ tsp. | Cinnamon |
| 1 cup | Chopped nuts |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cream eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed. Beat until well mixed.
- Pour into a greased 11″ x 17″ jelly roll pan.
- Bake 25 minutes. Cool and frost. Frosting: Mix together 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, 6 Tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 Tbsp. milk, and 2 cups powdered sugar.
