Santiam Pumpkin Pie
Prepared with our Santiam® Golden Pumpkin
Ingredients
| 1 can | Santiam® Fancy Golden Pumpkin |
| 4 ea. | Eggs, lightly beaten |
| 1 ½ cups | White sugar |
| 2 (12-oz.)cans | Evaporated milk |
| 1 tsp. | Salt |
| 2 tsp. | Cinnamon, ground |
| 1 tsp. | Ginger, ground |
| ¼ tsp. | Cloves, ground |
| ½ tsp. | Nutmeg or allspice, ground |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
- Blend in beaten eggs and milk.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells.
- Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
