Sorbet Parfait
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Classic Fruits • Marion Blackberries
Ingredients
| 8 oz. | FLAV-R-PAC® Marion Blackberries, thawed |
| 2 tsp. | Sugar |
| 20 ea. | Amoretti cookies (almond meringue) |
| 1 pint | Sorbet (peach, mango or pineapple) |
| 2 cups | Whipped cream |
Directions
- In a bowl, combine thawed berries and sugar.
- Place 16 of the cookies into a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin.
- Layer sorbet, berries and crushed cookies in four wine goblets or tall parfait glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and one whole cookie.
