Sorbet Parfait

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Classic Fruits • Marion Blackberries

Ingredients

8 oz.FLAV-R-PAC® Marion Blackberries, thawed
2 tsp.Sugar
20 ea.Amoretti cookies (almond meringue)
1 pintSorbet (peach, mango or pineapple)
2 cupsWhipped cream

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine thawed berries and sugar.
  2. Place 16 of the cookies into a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin.
  3. Layer sorbet, berries and crushed cookies in four wine goblets or tall parfait glasses.
  4. Top with whipped cream and one whole cookie.
