Baked Fish with Vegetable Marinara
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Asparagus Stir Fry
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | Asparagus Stir Fry |
| 4 tsp. | Butter |
| To taste | Salt & Pepper |
| 4 ea. | White fish fillets (halibut, sea bass, cod, orange roughy) |
| ½ cup | Tomato marinara sauce |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Cut four 12″ x 10″ rectangles of foil. Place a quarter of vegetables in center of each foil; add a teaspoon of butter to each, lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Top with fish fillets and spoon 2 tablespoons marinara sauce over each. Seal foil up and around fish, leave room for steam to build up.
- Place foil packets on sheet pan, bake on bottom oven rack for 15 minutes or until fish turns opaque and flakes with a fork. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
