Braised Beef with Roasted Vegetables

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Roasted Potato Blend - Grilled Seasoned

Ingredients

1 Tbsp.Vegetable oil
1 lb.Beef, cut into strips
½ tsp.Seasoned salt
14 oz.FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Roasted Potato Blend - Grilled Seasoned
½ cupDiced tomatoes, canned, Italian seasoned
½ cupMushrooms, canned and drained
To TasteSour cream & chives

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add beef strips and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook beef until browned.
  2. Add Roasted Potato Blend, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes; stirring frequently.
  3. Serve topped with sour cream and chives. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
