Braised Beef with Roasted Vegetables
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Roasted Potato Blend - Grilled Seasoned
Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp. | Vegetable oil |
| 1 lb. | Beef, cut into strips |
| ½ tsp. | Seasoned salt |
| 14 oz. | FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Roasted Potato Blend - Grilled Seasoned |
| ½ cup | Diced tomatoes, canned, Italian seasoned |
| ½ cup | Mushrooms, canned and drained |
| To Taste | Sour cream & chives |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add beef strips and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook beef until browned.
- Add Roasted Potato Blend, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes; stirring frequently.
- Serve topped with sour cream and chives. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
