Creamy Chicken Chow Mein

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients

16 oz.FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Chow Mein Vegetable Stir Fry
2 cupsChicken, cooked and diced
1 can (10 ¾ oz.)Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
¼ cupWater
¼ cupMayonnaise
1 cloveGarlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp.Soy sauce
¼ tsp.Black pepper

Directions

  1. Stir fry vegetables according to package directions.
  2. In a seperate bowl combine mushroom soup, water, mayonnaise, garlic, soy sauce and pepper and add to vegetables.
  3. Stir in chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice, noodles or chow mein noodles. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
