Creamy Chicken Chow Mein
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Asparagus Stir Fry
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Chow Mein Vegetable Stir Fry |
| 2 cups | Chicken, cooked and diced |
| 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) | Cream of mushroom soup, condensed |
| ¼ cup | Water |
| ¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 clove | Garlic, finely minced |
| 1 Tbsp. | Soy sauce |
| ¼ tsp. | Black pepper |
Directions
- Stir fry vegetables according to package directions.
- In a seperate bowl combine mushroom soup, water, mayonnaise, garlic, soy sauce and pepper and add to vegetables.
- Stir in chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice, noodles or chow mein noodles. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
