Normandy Vegetables with Pesto Sauce

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Grande Classic® Normandy Blend

Ingredients

1 bagFLAV-R-PAC® Grande Classic® Normandy Blend
2 Tbsp.Water
½ cupPesto sauce
¼ cupParmesan cheese, shredded
⅔ lb.Penne pasta, cooked (optional)

Directions

  1. Place frozen vegetables and water in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add pesto sauce and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Stir and serve over cooked pasta (if desired).
Yield:6-8 servings
