Normandy Vegetables with Pesto Sauce
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Grande Classic® Normandy Blend
Ingredients
| 1 bag | FLAV-R-PAC® Grande Classic® Normandy Blend |
| 2 Tbsp. | Water |
| ½ cup | Pesto sauce |
| ¼ cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
| ⅔ lb. | Penne pasta, cooked (optional) |
Directions
- Place frozen vegetables and water in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pesto sauce and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Stir and serve over cooked pasta (if desired).
