Riviera Vegetables with Italian Herbs

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Grande Classics® Riviera Blend

Ingredients

2 Tbsp.Butter
2 Tbsp.Garlic, minced
1 cupOnion, diced
1 bagFLAV-R-PAC® Grande Classics® Riviera Blend
6 Tbsp.Water
4 tsp.Italian herbs
¼ tsp.Black pepper
½ tsp.Salt

Directions

  1. In large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add frozen vegetables and water. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in Italian herbs, black pepper, salt and serve.
Yield:6-8 servings
