Oriental Vegetables & Beef Stir Fry
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Oriental Vegetables
Ingredients
| ¾ lb. | Beef sirloin steak, cut into strips |
| 1 clove | Garlic, minced |
| 16 oz. | FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Oriental Vegetables |
| 1 cup | Beef broth |
| 2 Tbsp. | Soy sauce |
| 1 ½ Tbsp. | Cornstarch |
| 1 Tbsp. | Cooking sherry |
| ¼ tsp. | Ginger, ground |
| ½ tsp. | Sugar |
Directions
- Heat an oiled wok or fry pan to medium-high. Add steak strips and cook for 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Add garlic and frozen vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, sugar and cornstarch.
- Add sauce to vegetables and beef stirring constantly until sauce thickens; about 3 minutes.
- Serve over hot rice or noodles. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
