Country Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 lb.Lean ground beef
16 oz.FLAV-R-PAC® Country Trio
2 jars (12 oz.)Beef gravy
½ tsp.Onion powder
¼ tsp.Black pepper
1 can (10 oz.)Buttermilk biscuits, refrigerated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain.
  3. Add vegetables, beef gravy, and seasonings to skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a 3 quart casserole dish, top with biscuits and bake 12-15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F
