Easy Chicken A La King

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Mixed Vegetables


1 lb.Chicken breast, boneless & skinless
16 oz.Mixed Vegetables
1 can (10 ¾ oz.)Cream of Chicken Soup, condensed
2 oz.Diced pimentos
½ cupMilk
½ tsp.Salt
¼ tsp.Pepper


  1. Cut chicken into 1\\\" pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, until no longer pink.
  2. Stir in vegetables, soup, pimentos, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until hot.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
