Easy Chicken A La King
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables Mixed Vegetables
|1 lb.||Chicken breast, boneless & skinless|
|16 oz.||Mixed Vegetables|
|1 can (10 ¾ oz.)||Cream of Chicken Soup, condensed|
|2 oz.||Diced pimentos|
- Cut chicken into 1\\\" pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, until no longer pink.
- Stir in vegetables, soup, pimentos, milk, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until hot.
- Serve over cooked rice.
