Fiesta Tacos

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Flavor Fiesta

Ingredients

1 ½ Tbsp.Vegetable oil
16 oz.FLAV-R-PAC® Flavor Fiesta
1 tsp.Garlic, chopped
To tasteSalt & pepper
¼ cupCilantro, chopped
16 ea.Corn tortillas, 6
½ cupSour cream
1 cupRed cabbage, shredded
1 ea.Lime, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. In large non-stick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and garlic, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until hot; stirring occationally.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and stir in cilantro.
  3. To assemble tacos, warm tortillas in dry hot skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
  4. Double up the tortillas to prevent tearing. Fill center of each with sour cream, vegetables and cabbage. Fold tacos over to one side and serve with a wedge of lime.
