Fiesta Tacos
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Flavor Fiesta
Ingredients
| 1 ½ Tbsp. | Vegetable oil |
| 16 oz. | FLAV-R-PAC® Flavor Fiesta |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic, chopped |
| To taste | Salt & pepper |
| ¼ cup | Cilantro, chopped |
| 16 ea. | Corn tortillas, 6 |
| ½ cup | Sour cream |
| 1 cup | Red cabbage, shredded |
| 1 ea. | Lime, cut into wedges |
Directions
- In large non-stick skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and garlic, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until hot; stirring occationally.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir in cilantro.
- To assemble tacos, warm tortillas in dry hot skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Double up the tortillas to prevent tearing. Fill center of each with sour cream, vegetables and cabbage. Fold tacos over to one side and serve with a wedge of lime.
