Bacon Ranch Pea Salad

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Sweet Green Peas

Ingredients

16 oz.Sweet Green Peas
4 stripsBacon, cooked and crumbled
⅓ cupOnions, chopped
½ cupRanch dressing
½ cupCheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Add peas to 1 quart boiling water. Return to boil and cook for 1 minute. Transfer peas to a colander and cool under cold tap water.
  2. Combine peas, bacon, onions, dressing and cheese.
  3. Chill and serve.
