Chicken Pita Salad
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | Vegetable Stir Fry |
| ½ cup | Balsamic salad dressing |
| 4 ea. | Pita bread, toasted |
| 1 ⅓ cup | Roasted chicken, shredded |
| ¼ cup | Tomatoes, diced |
| ¼ cup | Feta cheese, crumbled |
| 12 ea. | Black olives, halved |
Directions
- Cook vegetables according to microwave directions. Drain and chill.
- Toss vegetables with 3 Tbsp. dressing.
- To serve, top each pita with ¼ of vegetables, chicken, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. Drizzle remaining dressing over each serving.
