Chicken Pita Salad

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

16 oz.Vegetable Stir Fry
½ cupBalsamic salad dressing
4 ea.Pita bread, toasted
1 ⅓ cupRoasted chicken, shredded
¼ cupTomatoes, diced
¼ cupFeta cheese, crumbled
12 ea.Black olives, halved

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables according to microwave directions. Drain and chill.
  2. Toss vegetables with 3 Tbsp. dressing.
  3. To serve, top each pita with ¼ of vegetables, chicken, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. Drizzle remaining dressing over each serving.
