Crunchy Lo Mein Salad
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Lo Mein Stir Fry
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | Lo Mein Stir Fry |
| 2 cups | Cabbage, shredded |
| 1 pkg. | Ramen noodles, crushed (discard seasonings) |
| ¼ cup | Vegetable oil |
| ¼ cup | Rice vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp. | Sugar |
| 1 Tbsp. | Soy sauce |
| ¼ tsp. | Sesame oil |
| ⅛ tsp. | Black pepper, cracked |
Directions
- Cook vegetables according to microwave directions; drain and chill.
- Add cabbage and ramen noodles.
- In a jar combine oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Shake to blend. Pour dressing over salad and toss. For a variation: Add cooked, shredded chicken and ¼ cup slivered almonds. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
