Green Bean Greek Salad
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Premium Vegetables • Whole Green Beans
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | Whole Green Beans |
| 1 cup | Tomatoes, diced |
| ¼ cup | Kalamata olives, pitted and halved |
| 2 Tbsp. | Red Onion, diced |
| ¼ cup | Feta cheese, crumbled |
| ⅓ cup | Oil and vinegar salad dressing |
Directions
- Bring 4 cups water to a boil, add whole green beans. Return to a boil and cook 2 minutes. With slotted spoon remove beans, plunge into ice water and drain.
- In large bowl, combine green beans, tomatoes, olives, onion and feta cheese. Toss with dressing and serve.
