Green Bean Greek Salad

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Premium Vegetables • Whole Green Beans

Ingredients

16 oz.Whole Green Beans
1 cupTomatoes, diced
¼ cupKalamata olives, pitted and halved
2 Tbsp.Red Onion, diced
¼ cupFeta cheese, crumbled
⅓ cupOil and vinegar salad dressing

Directions

  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil, add whole green beans. Return to a boil and cook 2 minutes. With slotted spoon remove beans, plunge into ice water and drain.
  2. In large bowl, combine green beans, tomatoes, olives, onion and feta cheese. Toss with dressing and serve.
