Baby Lima Beans with Leeks and Sweet Basil

Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Butter |
| 2 med. | Leeks, trimmed, rinsed and chopped |
| 16 oz. | Baby Lima Beans |
| 2 Tbsp. | Water |
| ½ cup | Fresh basil, chopped |
| To taste | Salt & pepper |
Directions
- In large non-stick skillet, melt butter with leeks, baby lima beans and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
- Add basil and season with salt and pepper. Serve. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
