Bacon Walnut Green Beans
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Cut Green Beans
Ingredients
| 1 ½ Tbsp. | Olive oil |
| ½ tsp. | Garlic, minced |
| ¼ cup | Walnuts, chopped |
| 16 oz. | Cut Green Beans |
| 2 oz. | Bacon, cooked and diced |
| To taste | Salt |
Directions
- In a non-stick skillet heat oil with garlic and walnuts over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add green beans, toss and cook on medium-high for 5 minutes.
- Add bacon, stir and season with salt and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve.
