Broccoli-Cauliflower with Swiss Cheese Sauce
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Broccoli-Cauliflower
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | Broccoli-Cauliflower |
| 4 ea. | Pasteurized processed Swiss cheese slices |
| ½ tsp. | Rice vinegar |
| ¼ tsp. | Salt |
| Pinch | Nutmeg |
Directions
- Cook vegetables according to microwave instructions and drain.
- Top vegetables with cheese slices and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted.
- Mix cheese and vegetables. Add vinegar, salt and nutmeg. Stir and serve.
