Broccoli with Pine Nuts and Basil

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Broccoli Cut Spears

Ingredients

16 oz.Broccoli Cut Spears
2 Tbsp.Olive oil
2 Tbsp.Pine nuts, chopped
1 tsp.Garlic, minced
1 ˝ Tbsp.Fresh Basil, chopped
2 Tbsp.Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Pour into serving dish.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Sauté pine nuts and garlic for about 3 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture over broccoli; sprinkle with basil and toss. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
