Broccoli with Pine Nuts and Basil
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Broccoli Cut Spears
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | Broccoli Cut Spears |
| 2 Tbsp. | Olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp. | Pine nuts, chopped |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic, minced |
| 1 ˝ Tbsp. | Fresh Basil, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp. | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
Directions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Pour into serving dish.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Sauté pine nuts and garlic for about 3 minutes.
- Pour mixture over broccoli; sprinkle with basil and toss. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
