Crispy Potatoes with Carrots and Thyme
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Potatoes • Southern Style Hash Browns
Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Vegetable or olive oil |
| 16 oz. | Southern Style Hash Browns |
| 1 cup | Carrots, shredded |
| ⅓ cup | Green Onion, chopped |
| 2 tsp. | Thyme, finely chopped |
| ¾ tsp. | Salt |
Directions
- In a large non-stick skillet heat oil on medium-high heat. Add hash browns and cook 6 minutes; stirring frequently.
- Add carrots, onions and thyme. Cook an additional 6 minutes; stirring frequently. Season to taste and serve.
