Easy Spinach Souffle
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Meal Basic™ Ranchero Blend
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. (10 oz.) | Chopped spinach, frozen |
| 2 cups | Ranchero Blend |
| 2 large | Eggs, beaten |
| 1 cup | Alfredo sauce, prepared |
| ¼ cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
Directions
- Thaw, drain and press liquid out of spinach.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, Ranchero Blend, eggs and sauce.
- Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts. Serve. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
