Easy Spinach Souffle

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Meal Basic™ Ranchero Blend

Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.)Chopped spinach, frozen
2 cupsRanchero Blend
2 largeEggs, beaten
1 cupAlfredo sauce, prepared
¼ cupParmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Thaw, drain and press liquid out of spinach.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, Ranchero Blend, eggs and sauce.
  3. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts. Serve. *For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.
