Lemony Peas and Carrots

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Peas and Carrots

Ingredients

2 Tbsp.Butter
1 Tbsp.Green onion, minced
1 tsp.Garlic, minced
16 oz.Peas and Carrots
2 Tbsp.Parsley, finely chopped
4 tsp.Lemon juice
To tasteSalt & pepper

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook green onions and garlic in butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Season and serve.
