Lemony Peas and Carrots
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Peas and Carrots
Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp. | Butter |
| 1 Tbsp. | Green onion, minced |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic, minced |
| 16 oz. | Peas and Carrots |
| 2 Tbsp. | Parsley, finely chopped |
| 4 tsp. | Lemon juice |
| To taste | Salt & pepper |
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook green onions and garlic in butter over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Season and serve.
