Louisiana Style Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

2 Tbsp.	Vegetable oil
4 Tbsp.	Flour
2 tsp.	Garlic, minced
½ lb.	Kielbasa sausage, cut into half round slices
2 cans (14 oz.)	Chicken broth
1 tsp.	Cajun seasonings
16 oz.	Vegetable Soup Mix

Directions

1. In a heavy pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add flour; cook and stir until flour turns golden brown.
2. Add garlic and sausage; cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
3. Stir in chicken broth and cajun seasonings; mix well. Add vegetables and heat to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
