Orange Glazed Vegetables

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Quick ’n Easy Combos® Dinner Vegetables

Ingredients

¼ cupOrange juice
2 tsp.Soy sauce
2 tsp.Honey
1 tsp.Ginger, minced
1 tsp.Garlic, minced
1 tsp.Cornstarch
1 tsp.Vegetable oil
16 oz.Dinner Vegetables

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and cornstarch.
  2. In large non-stick skillet heat oil on high. Add vegetables and cook covered for 6-8 minutes; gently stirring.
  3. Add orange sauce and bring to a simmer. Continue to cook while stirring until sauce thickens. Season and serve.
