Orange Glazed Vegetables

Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Orange juice |
| 2 tsp. | Soy sauce |
| 2 tsp. | Honey |
| 1 tsp. | Ginger, minced |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp. | Cornstarch |
| 1 tsp. | Vegetable oil |
| 16 oz. | Dinner Vegetables |
Directions
- In large bowl combine juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and cornstarch.
- In large non-stick skillet heat oil on high. Add vegetables and cook covered for 6-8 minutes; gently stirring.
- Add orange sauce and bring to a simmer. Continue to cook while stirring until sauce thickens. Season and serve.
