Quick Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • French Cut Green Beans
Ingredients
| 16 oz. | French Cut Green Beans |
| 1 can (10.5 oz.) | Cream of mushroon soup, condensed |
| ½ cup | Evaporated milk |
| 1 ½ tsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ tsp. | Salt |
| ¼ tsp. | Pepper |
| ¼ tsp. | Paprika |
| ¼ tsp. | Tarragon |
| 3 oz. | French fried onion rings |
Directions
- Cook green beans according to microwave directions and drain.
- Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk, worcestershire sauce, salt pepper, paprika and tarragon. Mix in well.
- Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes until hot, stirring halfway through cooking time.
- Let stand, covered for 3 minutes. Top with french fried onion rings and serve.
