Quick Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • French Cut Green Beans

Ingredients

16 oz.French Cut Green Beans
1 can (10.5 oz.)Cream of mushroon soup, condensed
½ cupEvaporated milk
1 ½ tsp.Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp.Salt
¼ tsp.Pepper
¼ tsp.Paprika
¼ tsp.Tarragon
3 oz.French fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Cook green beans according to microwave directions and drain.
  2. Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk, worcestershire sauce, salt pepper, paprika and tarragon. Mix in well.
  3. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes until hot, stirring halfway through cooking time.
  4. Let stand, covered for 3 minutes. Top with french fried onion rings and serve.
