Sautéed Greens with Garlic
Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Chopped Turnip, Collard or Mustard Greens
Ingredients
| 2 ½ Tbsp. | Butter |
| ½-1 tsp. | Garlic, minced |
| 16 oz. | WESTPAC® Chopped Collard Greens |
| ½ tsp. | Salt |
Directions
- In non-stick skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic over medium heat until soft.
- Add greens, cover and increase heat to medium-high, cook 6 minutes.
- Stir, season with salt and serve.
