Sautéed Greens with Garlic

Prepared with our FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Classic Vegetables • Chopped Turnip, Collard or Mustard Greens

Ingredients

2 ½ Tbsp.Butter
½-1 tsp.Garlic, minced
16 oz.WESTPAC® Chopped Collard Greens
½ tsp.Salt

Directions

  1. In non-stick skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic over medium heat until soft.
  2. Add greens, cover and increase heat to medium-high, cook 6 minutes.
  3. Stir, season with salt and serve.
