Sugar Snap Peas with Tri-colored Peppers

Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Premium Vegetables • Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients

1 ½ Tbsp.Peanut or vegetable oil
16 oz.Sugar Snap Peas
1 ½ cupsBell pepper strips (red, orange, yellow)
1 Tbsp.Soy sauce
2 Tbsp.Chives, chopped
2 Tbsp.Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sugar snap peas and peppers. Cook 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add soy sauce and cook an additional 1 minute. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds. Serve.
Yield:4-6 servings
