Sugar Snap Peas with Tri-colored Peppers
Prepared with FLAV-R-PAC® or WESTPAC® Premium Vegetables • Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
| 1 ½ Tbsp. | Peanut or vegetable oil |
| 16 oz. | Sugar Snap Peas |
| 1 ½ cups | Bell pepper strips (red, orange, yellow) |
| 1 Tbsp. | Soy sauce |
| 2 Tbsp. | Chives, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp. | Toasted sesame seeds |
Directions
- In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sugar snap peas and peppers. Cook 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add soy sauce and cook an additional 1 minute. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds. Serve.
