Stir Fry
Heat lightly oiled grill, large wok or frying pan to 380°F (medium-high to high. Add Cantonese Blend and stir fry for approximately 5 to 7 minutes (crisp tender). Serve.
Microwave
Place 8 cups Cantonese Blend in a 3 quart microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water, cover and microwave on high for the 11 to 13 minutes. Gently stir halfway through cooking time. Drain and serve. Season to taste.
Pressureless Steamer
Place a full bag of Cantonese Blend into a perforated steamtable pan. Do not add water or cover. Steam product in a preheated pressureless steamer for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
Store at or below 0°F (-18°C) or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
