Stove Top
Place 8 cups Key West Blend in a 6 ½ quart pan. Add ¼ cup water and bring to a full boil over high heat. Gently seperate the vegetables with a wooden spoon if necessary. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook gently for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and serve. Season to taste
Microwave
Place 8 cups Key West Blend in a 9 x 13 pan. Add 3 tablespoons of water, cover and microwave on high for the 12 to 14 minutes. Gently stir halfway through cooking time. Drain and serve. Season to taste.
Pressureless Steamer
Place a full bag Key West Blend into a perforated steamtable pan. Do not add water or cover. Steam product in a preheated pressureless steamer for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
Store at or Below 0°F (-18°C) or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
