Stove Top
Place 8 cups Mediterranean Blend in a 6 ½ quart pan. Add 2 tablespoons water and bring to a full boil over high heat. Gently seperate the vegetables with a wooden spoon if necessary. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook gently for 14 to 16 minutes. Drain and serve. Season to taste
Microwave
Place 8 cups Mediterranean Blend in a 3 quart pan. Add 3tablespoons of water, cover and microwave on high for the 12 to 14 minutes. Gently stir halfway through cooking time. Drain and serve. Season to taste.
Pressureless Steamer
Place a full bag Mediterranean Blend into a perforated steamtable pan. Do not add water or cover. Steam product in a preheated pressureless steamer for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
Store at or Below 0°F (-18°C) or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
