Preparation

MICROWAVE (1500 WATTS) METHOD
Pour product into microwaveable dish. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook on HIGH power for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on HIGH power for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. (Time may vary depending upon equipment.)

PRESSURELESS STEAMER METHOD
Pour product into full-size steamtable pan. Cook uncovered on FULL power for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

RANGETOP (BOILING WATER) METHOD:
Pour contents into 3 quarts of boiling water. Bring back to a boil, remove from heat and drain thoroughly.

For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.

Storage

Store at or below 0ºF (-18°F) or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.

Serving Suggestions

COLD PASTA SALAD
Chill hot prepared product using the cooking directions on the bag. Stir in 1 cup (thin) to 2 cups (thick) dressing. Add any desired ingredients (olives, tomatoes, cheese, celery etc.) Cover and refrigerate.

HOT PASTA DISH
Pour frozen or hot prepared product into a baking dish. If desired, stir in cooked, bit-sized meats (chicken, ham, turkey, beef, shrimp, tuna etc.) Spread a layer of thick sauce (cheese, pizza, etc.) over mixture. Top with bread crumbs or shredded cheese. Bake:

Conventional Oven:
35-40 minutes at 350°F if hot prepared
1 hr. 15 min. - 1 hr. 25 minutes if frozen

Convection Oven:
17-20 minutes at 300°F if hot prepared
45-55 minutes at 300°F if frozen
