Preparation

MICROWAVE
Place corn blend in a microwave dish. Add 1 tablespoon water, cover and heat on high for 8 to 10 minutes.

PAN FRY
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large sauce pan. Add corn and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

CONVECTION OVEN
Pour corn blend onto an oiled baking pan (approx. 11" x 17"). Drizzle ¼ cup oil over the corn blend. Bake at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes.

Storage

Store at or below 0ºF (-18°F)or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
