Preparation
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY FOLLOW COOKING DIRECTIONS.
PREPARATION: Keep bag frozen until ready to use. Open bag and place frozen contents in a soup kettle, stock pot, or double boiler. Add 2 quarts hot urn or tap water and cook to 170-180° F (77-82° C) (check the temperature with a thermometer), stir occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and hold at 150-160° F (66-71° C) for 30 minutes.

Prepare Soup Supreme Harvest Vegetable Soup with 6 cups of water. Add 2 cups cooked diced beef, sausage, ham, chicken or turkey. Cook through.
GARNISHES
● Gently sear sliced beef steak tomato in a skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper and place in the center of soup with parsley garnish.
● Place a dollop of sour cream and a tablespoon of sun-dried tomato pesto in the center of soup.
● Place a grilled Portobello mushroom in the center of soup and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
● Drizzle with a roasted red pepper cream and chopped chives.
● Garnish with a simple sprig of parsley and a grilled green onion.
