Preparation

MICROWAVE OVEN
Place frozen vegetables in a 2-3 quart microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover and microwave on HIGH for 7 to 10 minutes. Gently stir half way through cooking time. Drain and serve.

STIR FRY
Heat a lightly oiled grill, large wok or frying pan to 380°F (medium- high to high). Add frozen product and stir fry for approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Season and serve.

PRESSURELESS STEAMER
Place frozen vegetables into a full size perforated steamtable pan. Do not add water or cover. Steam product for 6 to 8 mimutes. Serve immediately.

For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165°F.

Storage

Store at or below 0ºF (-18°F) or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
