MICROWAVE:
Place full bag of vegetables in a 2 quart microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cook on HIGH for 9-11 minutes; stirring halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Drain. Season to taste and serve.
For electric vegetable steamers or top of the stove steamers; steam 13-16 minutes stirring twice during cooking time.
Store at or below 0ºF (-18°F) or store in freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
