ASPARARGUS WITH PANCETTA AND OYSTER SAUCE
Heat olive oil with slivered garlic and small pieces of chopped pancetta (or bacon)until cooked. Add oyster sauce and Asparagus (that has been cooked according to directions); toss to coat. Cook an additional 4 minutes until flavors combine and asparagus is heated through.
SHRIMP SALAD WITH ASPARAGUS, ROASTED PEPPERS AND PESTO SAUCE
On serving plate, arrange in sections: cooked seared shrimp, steamed asparagus and roasted red pepper strips. Drizzle the plate with basil pesto sauce and serve with garlic bread.
ASPARAGUS RISOTTO WITH LEMON ZEST
