ASPARAGUS SPEARS WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATO VINAIGRETTE
Steam frozen asparagus spears until cooked but still tender to the bite. Combine sun-dried tomatoes with oil and vinegar dressing in blender for food processor. Arrange a bundle of asparagus spears with the stems and tips together in one directions on serving plate; pour a thick band of sun-dried tomato vinaigrette over the stems.
