CREAMY CAULIFLOWER AND PROSCUITTO
Sauté frozen cauliflower in butter and chopped green onions until heated through, approximately 10 minutes. Add diced procsuitto or crumbled bacon, a little cream, salt and pepper. Heat mixute for 5-6 minutes until bubbly and cream thickens.
RED PEPPER SPICED CAULIFLOWER
Heat olive oil, chicken broth and slivered garlic to simmer; add frozen cauliflower, frozen red pepper stirps and dried red pepper flakes. Stir; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until heated through.
MEDITERRANEAN CAULIFLOWER
Blanch frozen cauliflower; drain and toss in butter with sliced Spanish, Greek or black olives.
BAKED CAULIFLOWER
Fill steam table pan with frozen cauliflower. Scatter chopped green onions over the top. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs, olive oil and parmesan cheese. Fill pan with chicken broth, approximately on inch deep; cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes, until top is golden brown.
CAULIFLOWER WITH THREE CHEESES
Steam frozen cauliflower florets until cooked but still tender, approximately 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, parmesan, and crumbled feta cheese. Dust the top with finely chopped fresh parsley.
