Honey-Mustard Chicken with Country Vegetables

Ingredients

13 lbs.FLAV-R-PAC Country Vegetables
12 ½ lbs.Chicken, cooked and shredded
7 ¾ lbs.Walnuts, toasted
3 qts.Honey
24 oz.Dijon mustard
1 ½ qts.Orange juice
31 ½ lbs.Wild and long grain rice, cooked

Directions

  1. In large container, combine vegetables, chicken and walnuts.
  2. In a large bowl, combine honey, mustard and orange juice; add to vegetable-chicken mixture and toss.
  3. Pour mixture into steam table pans, cover and bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve 7 ounces vegetablechicken mixture over 6 ounces cooked wild and long grain rice.
