Pork Chops Scandinavian

Ingredients
| 6 oz. | Vegetable oil |
| 10 oz. | Fresh ginger, minced |
| 3 qts. | Orange juice |
| ½ cup | Cornstarch |
| ½ cup | Orange zest |
| 2 Tbs. | Salt |
| 1 Tbs. | Pepper |
| 24 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Scandinavian Vegetables |
| 9 ½ lbs. | Center cut pork chops, cut 1 ½" ; thick, c |
Directions
- In stock pot, heat oil and ginger for 1 to 2 minutes.
- In bowl, combine orange juice, cornstarch, orange zest, salt and pepper; stir to dissolve cornstarch. Add to ginger and bring to a simmer; cook 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
- Add Scandinavian Vegetables; gently stir and cook until vegetables are heated through.
- To serve: plate pork chop and spoon 4 ounces glazed Scandinavian Vegetables over the top. Serving tip: serve over sliced ham steaks or sliced roasted turkey.
