Spicy Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry

Ingredients

| 1 qt. | Low sodium dry soy sauce |
| 20 oz. | Sherry |
| 2 ½ cups | Minced garlic |
| 1 ½ cups | Cornstarch |
| 23 lbs. | Beef tenderloin or sirloin, cutt into 1 ½" c |
| 16 oz. | Vegetable oil |
| 2 ½ cups | Toasted sesame seeds |

Directions
- Make stir fry sauce using recipe below or use your own signature sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic and cornstarch. Toss mixture with beef to coat.
- Heat oil in large skillets or woks, add beef and stir fry until meat is no longer pink and is seared on the outside. Add sesame seeds and toss to coat beef; remove from pans and keep warm.
- Add FLAV-R-PAC Deluxe Stir Fry Vegetable Blend to skillets, cook 8 to 10 minutes until heated through. Add stir fry sauce, bring sauce to a simmer and cook, stirring until sauce is thick. TO SERVE: Plate 8 ounces stir fry vegetables, top with 3 ounces sesame-crusted beef pieces and serve immediately.
