Broccoli Beef Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
| 4 to 6 oz. | Beef strips, thinly sliced for stir-fry |
| 1 Tbsp. | Peanut oil |
| 2 cups | Maui Blend, frozen |
| 1 Tbsp. | Oyster sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. | Soy sauce, lite |
| 2 tsp. | Cornstarch |
| ˝ cup | Chicken broth |
| 1 cup | Rice, cooked |
Directions
- Brown beef in peanut oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables; sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in oyster sauce and soy sauce.
- Mix cornstarch and chicken broth together; add to beef. Cover; turn heat to low and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve beef-vegetables blend over rice.
