Ingredients
| 2 tsp. | Peanut oil |
| 3 cups | Cozumel Blend, frozen |
| 4 oz. | Cooked tiny shrimp |
| ¾ cup | Bottled Korma Simmer Sauce |
| 1-2 cups | Cooked rice or noodles |
Directions
- Stir-fry Cozumel Blend in peanut oil until crisp-tender.
- Stir in shrimp and sauce; heat through.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
