Cyprus Island Salad
Prepared using our Grande Classic® Cyprus Blend
Ingredients
| 5 cups | Cyprus - Island Blend |
| ¾ cup | English cucumbers, coarsely chopped |
| ½ cup | Roma Tomatoes, coasely chopped |
| ¼ cup | Feta cheese, crumbled |
| 3 Tbsp. | Olive oil |
| 1 to 2 tsp. | Dried oregano |
| ½ to 1 tsp. | Dried thyme |
| To taste | Salt and pepper |
Directions
- Steam vegetables until crisp-tender; drain and chill.
- In a bowl, combine vegetables, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese.
- For dressing, blend olive oil, oregano and thyme. Gently stir in vegetables.
- Season to taste with salt and peppers.
