Ginger-Sesame Stir Fry with Pork

Ingredients
| 1 (4 to 5 oz.) | Boneless pork chop, sliced for stir-fry |
| 2 Tbsp., divided | Ginger-Sesame dressing and marinade, bottled |
| ½ Tbsp. | Olive oil |
| 2 cups | Maui Blend, frozen |
| 1 Tbsp. | Green onion, sliced |
| 1 Tbsp. | Tamari soy sauce |
| 1 tsp. | Lime juice |
| ¼ cup (2 oz.) | Chicken broth |
| 2 tsp. | Cornstarch |
| 1 cup (8 oz.) | Jasmine or white rice, cooked |
| ¼ tsp. | Sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions
- Marinate pork chops in 1 tablespoon marinade for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir-fry pork in olive oil. Remove to platter; keep warm.
- Add vegetables, green onion, remaining ginger dressing, soy sauce, and lime juice to juice in fry pan. Stir-fry 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Blend chicken broth and cornstarch; stir into vegetables. Cook over high heat until thickened.
- Stir in pork; heat thoroughly, about 1 minute.
- Serve pork, vegetables over rice and top with sesame seeds.
