Thai-Inspired Vegetable Sauté

Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp. | Sweet Thai chili sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. | Sesame oil |
| 1 ˝ Tbsp. | Toasted sesame seeds |
| 2 tsp. | Soy sauce |
| 5 cups | Cyprus Blend, frozen |
| 2 Tbsp. | Peanut oil |
| 4 oz. | Kale or baby spinach, shredded |
Directions
- Blend together Thai chili suace, sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
- In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, sauté vegetables in peanut oil just until crisp. Add kale or spinach; continue cooking and stirring until kale is wilted.
- Gently stir sauce into vegetables.
