Thai-Inspired Vegetable Sauté

Island Blend • Cyprus Blend

Ingredients

2 Tbsp.Sweet Thai chili sauce
1 Tbsp.Sesame oil
1 ˝ Tbsp.Toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp.Soy sauce
5 cupsCyprus Blend, frozen
2 Tbsp.Peanut oil
4 oz.Kale or baby spinach, shredded

Directions

  1. Blend together Thai chili suace, sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
  2. In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, sauté vegetables in peanut oil just until crisp. Add kale or spinach; continue cooking and stirring until kale is wilted.
  3. Gently stir sauce into vegetables.
Yield:4 cups (2 to 4) servings
