Zesty Shrimp and Noodle Salad
FLAV-R-PAC® Deluxe Stir Fry
Ingredients
| 1 gal. | Orange-mint sauce (recipe below or signature |
| 25 lbs. | FLAV-R-PAC Deluxe Stir Fry |
| 9 lbs. | Cooked bay shrimp |
Directions
- Prepare Orange-mint sauce using recipe below or use your own signature sauce.
- Add 1 gallon water to each of three large stockpots, and divide the FLAV-R-PAC Deluxe Stir Fry Vegetables among pots. Cover and bring to a boil. Stir to separate vegetables. Drain immediately, rinse with cold water and drain again thoroughly. Place vegetables in large containers and chill.
- Add shrimp and orange-mint sauce to chilled vegetable-noodle mixture, toss to coat. Serve immediately. ORANGE-MINT SAUCE (Makes 1 gallon) 1 1/2 qts. Low sodium chicken broth, 2 cups Finely chopped mint, 24 oz. Orange marmalade, 8 oz. Olive oil, 3 cups Coarsely chopped peanuts, 1/2 cup Peeled and shredded ginger. In large container, combine ingredients. Using a whisk, whip to blend.
